A complete copy sells for about $29 in PAL (EU, UK, Australia). Most go for $27 to $33. A sealed copy sells for $33 to $50 and a loose cartridge for $23 to $28.

Look at the rating badge on the front of the box.

• An ESRB box, black and white with a letter in it, means a North American copy. Canadian copies have the same front with a bilingual back.
• A PEGI square with the age in it means a European copy. France had a box of its own for the same cartridge.
• A USK square (ab 6, 12, 16 or 18) means a German copy. Germany rates games itself instead of using PEGI.
• A CERO letter (A, B, C, D or Z) means a Japanese copy.

A sealed PAL copy sells for 30 € in France, £26 in the United Kingdom and 45 € in Germany. Within the eurozone, it costs 50% more in Germany than in France.
