gamecollecting.app is run by SentoWeb Srl, a company registered in Romania. By using the website or the app, you agree to these terms.

• The service is provided as is. We may change or remove features at any time.
• Prices come from completed sales on public marketplaces. They aren't offers or valuations, and they can be wrong.
• An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details safe.
• Don't scrape the website or the API, get around our limits or try to get into other accounts.
• Don't copy the catalogue in bulk. What you add to your lists stays yours, and we only show the lists you make public.
• Usernames and list names can't be offensive or impersonate anyone.
• As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using gamecollecting.app or its prices.
• You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may close accounts that break these terms.
• Romanian law applies. If you live elsewhere in the EU, your own country's consumer law still protects you.
