gamecollecting.app is run by SentoWeb Srl, a company registered in Romania. You can reach us at hello@gamecollecting.app or through the contact page.

What we collect

  • Your email address, username, currency and region, and a hash of your password if you set one. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the account id they share. We don't keep your name or picture.
  • Your lists, with the notes, prices and photos you add. A list is private until you make it public, and a public list never shows what you paid or asked.
  • Messages you send through the contact page, with your email and IP address.
  • Feedback you send on a sale, with your email if you give one and your IP address.
  • Your email address and IP address if you ask us to tell you when the app launches.
  • Server and sign-in logs, with IP addresses and browser or app details.
  • What AI assistants ask our MCP server, with the assistant's name but no IP address.
  • Public marketplace listings we price games from, which can include a seller's username and location.

You can use the price guide and scan barcodes without an account. Barcodes the app looks up are never stored with your account.

How we use it

We use it to run your account and lists, send sign-in codes, reply to messages, fix sales data and keep the service secure. The legal basis is our agreement with you, your consent, or our legitimate interest in running the service. There are no ads, and we never sell your data. We do not use third-party tracking. We track visits but anonymize data like IP addresses.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the services that run gamecollecting.app: Hetzner (servers and backups, in the EU), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), Resend (email) and Apple and Google (sign-in). Some are in the US, where the EU's standard contractual clauses cover the transfer.

Cookies

We only use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your currency.

How long we keep it

We delete server logs and backups after 14 days, and keep messages, feedback, sign-in logs and the app's launch list only as long as we need them. Your account data stays until you delete the account.

Your rights

You can export your lists from the app, and delete your account in the app (You › Delete account) or on your account page. That removes your lists, photos, username and email address. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct, delete or stop using it, and complain to your data protection authority (ANSPDCP in Romania).
