Look at the rating badge on the front of the box.

• An ESRB box, black and white with a letter in it, means a North American copy. Canadian copies have the same front with a bilingual back.
• A PEGI square with the age in it means a European copy. Italy had a box of its own for the same cartridge.
• A USK square (ab 6, 12, 16 or 18) means a German copy. Germany rates games itself instead of using PEGI.
• A CERO letter (A, B, C, D or Z) means a Japanese copy.
• A GRAC age mark means a South Korean copy.

Not that we've seen. All 50+ sales so far were standard copies.

It sells fast, around 5 copies per week. The cheapest listings sell within about a day, and around 20 are listed right now.
