Not much. A PAL copy sells for about $48 and an NTSC copy for about $50. Prices are for loose cartridges.

Look at the rating badge on the front of the box.

• An ESRB box, black and white with a letter in it, means a North American copy. Canadian copies have the same front with a bilingual back.
• A PEGI square with the age in it means a European copy. France had a box of its own for the same cartridge.
• A USK square (ab 6, 12, 16 or 18) means a German copy. Germany rates games itself instead of using PEGI.
• A CERO letter (A, B, C, D or Z) means a Japanese copy.

Not that we've seen. All 50+ sales so far were standard copies.

Around 3 copies sell per month. The cheapest listings sell within about a day, and around 10 are listed right now.
